• SUMMARY:”Northern State is a female hip-hop group named after the Northern State Parkway in their home region of Long Island, New York. The group consists of members Julie “Hesta Prynn” Goodman, Correne “Spero” Spero, and Robyn “DJ Sprout” Goodmark. Their previous albums Dying In Stereo and All City made them friends and fans like Beastie Boy Adrock, who is helping produce their newest album. They have toured with Le Tigre, Cake, The Roots and De La Soul.”
