The show is the creation of internationalpseudostar Francisco Guglioni, who himself is a creation of NYC comedian Andrés du Bouchet. In his native country of Boliviguay, Francisco has received the Entertainer-of-the-Year award a record six times, no small feat considering that Boliviguay is an Extravaganzocracy, where virtually every citizen is the host of their own show.”
