This event happens on Sunday, April 22nd, 2007 and is
- TIME: Check-In 9:30am, Walk Begin 11am
PLACE: Start at South Street Seaport. See Map for route.
COST: FREE to watch or register to walk and collect donations
- SUMMARY: “You choose the route: 3, 6, or 10 miles (the 3 mile route is fully accessible).
There is no registration fee though we request that you raise a minimum of $50 per person, which is so easy to do - so easy that last year the pledge participant average was $514! You can even collect pledges online through the MS Walk Website.
If you know four or more people who would like to walk, you can create a team- just choose a team captain and a team name and you’ll get team perks! Please pass this on to anyone you think may be interested.”
